It is a great grace that we can come together to be processed by the word of God.

The body of Christ is a work of love - the individuals have care for one another and want to help each other in the way of salvation.

They are brothers and sisters who have grown old in Jesus, and through their lives with God they won the souls of men - these are the crown.

That they did - they were happy with the what they had set God.

The care is probably the best shepherd's crook.

1Th 2:19 For who is our hope or joy or crown of rejoicing? Are not you there before our Lord Jesus Christ to his future?
