Meditation is adventure, the biggest adventure you can take the human mind. Meditation is simply be doing nothing, without action, without thought, without emotion. Just you and is a pure delight. Where does this joy when you're not doing anything? It does not come from nowhere, or it comes from everywhere. Without cause, because existence is made of a substance called delight.
When you're not doing anything at all, physically, mentally, or at any level, when he stopped all activity and only you, that is meditation.
