Montana Governor Brian Schweitzer has now stopped the deportation of 525 bison to slaughter - for now. The reason could be due to shipment to brucellosis, the carriers of the bison are to be further disseminated. (No one speaks of the deer, the disease actually transmitted and distributed over the whole country.) The arrangement is initially valid for 90 days.
